We shall comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements that apply or govern our Use, as we determine, concerning the right or power of you in respect of your Personal Information, including without limitation, we shall delete and destroy your Personal Information if such request is provided to us in accordance with all applicable legal requirements, provided however we shall retain all Personal Information about you that we require to comply with any of our legal obligations, for example, as required under tax and accounting laws.
In the event we become aware of a breach of security safeguards involving your Personal Information, we shall inform you and the relevant Privacy Commissioner within the seventy-two (72) hours after we became aware, and we shall work to rectify the matter and to comply with all legal requirements that may arise in connection with such breach.
